Elizabeth McNabb
Elizabeth McNabb has been with the Center for seven years as the head instructor for the Buffalo Equestrian Center and six years as the head instructor for the Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center. Libby is also the program director for both entities. She has achieved the level of Registered Instructor with NARHA, the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association. Before coming to the Buffalo area she worked as an instructor in Charlotte, NC for seven years. Libby has been active in the horse world for over 20 years, starting as a member of 4-H and pony club. Libby’s love for horses and education background make her an asset to the program.

Darlene Coats
Darlene Coats has been a member of the Buffalo Equestrian Center and volunteer for the Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center for over a decade. She was also a member as a child and teenager when the facility was known as the Buffalo Saddle & Bridle Club. Darlene has been a registered instructor with NARHA for the past three years, and is an invaluable part of the program.

The Staff
We select experienced individuals to serve on the staff. Each staff member has been chosen for his or her knowledge of horses, ability to deal with people, and awareness of equine safety. They are all extremely capable of providing assistance to riders at all levels of experience.
